Our personal training programs generally include a wide variety of exercises utilizing using the most cutting edge fitness equipment on the market including the Core-Tex, TRX, and Total Gym. We’ll also challenge you using your own body weight, dumbbells, Bosu balls, medicine balls, stability balls, kettlebells, resistance tubes and other portable equipment.
Proper nutrition plays a major role in helping us to stay fit and feel great. With our training programs, we not only design a great exercise program for you, we also offer you the option of Nutrition Consultations, providing you with help to fine tune your nutrition and enhance your results.
Personal Training Packages

Semi-Private Training
At Function First, Semi-Private training means you share the cost of a personal trainer! With a maximum of 8 participants per class, you are guaranteed that our focus will be on your safety, your goals, your time, and your overall exercise experience.
One-on-One Personal Training
Meet with one of Function First's certified personal trainer exclusively to design a program all your own or as an addition to your current fitness routine and class schedule! Our hand-picked team includes only the most highly trained and qualified
exercise specialists in the field, providing you with the highest
quality and most personalized care available. Our team boasts some of the most highly accomplished and recognized professionals in the health and fitness industry.
